Goals for the next 12 weeks:
1. Follow the BODY-FOR-LIFE 12-wk program
2. Get up everyday before 6.30 AM
3. Be in bed by 11 PM
4. Meditate for at least 10 minutes each day
5. Be grateful everyday and focus on successes
Outcomes I want:
1. Less stress
2. More self confidence and esteem
3. High energy levels
4. Toned health sexy body
